This allows us to process your order and to notify you of the status of the order. In order for us to contact you quickly in relation to your order we require a contact telephone number. When you pay by credit or debit card we will request the card type, card number, expiry date, CV2. All data is processed in a secure manner and we do not retain your card numbers.

We personalise your visit to the site by using your personal details, your previous purchases and enquiries in order to make the process simpler and more enjoyable for you the customer. We do this using 'cookies' (please see section 6 for more information on 'cookies').

The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all credit and debit card details you input before they are sent to us.

You do not need to keep these cookies but if you remove them it does mean you will have to re-enter this information each time you visit the site.

We do not share or sell your information to third party mailing lists or databases.  We prevent unauthorised access through strict security measures and we will require proof of identity from customers before we disclose sensitive information. We use the information you provide when placing an order and pass relevant delivery information to heating oil suppliers in order to enable them to facilitate your heating oil delivery (excluding your email address)
