1.    What type of information we use

We collect the following information in order to place orders and maintain an account with us: Name, address, email address, telephone number, order history. When you order from we need to know your name, address, delivery address if different, email and contact telephone number. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of the status of the order. In order for us to contact you promptly in relation to your order we require a contact telephone number. When you pay by credit or debit card, we will request the card type, card number, expiry date, CV2. All data is processed in a secure encrypted manner and we do not retain your card numbers.

If you request a quote, but do not create an account we will receive your postcode and email address.

We protect the personal information that you supply, and only authorised employees of can access this information. All interactions with are done so using a secure server service. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information and interactions including credit and debit card details you input before they are sent to us.

2.    How we get the information and why we have it

We get the information whenever you request a quote, contact us or register an account with us, either online or via the telephone.

We store quote information for statistical purposes and in order to ensure accurate pricing if you decide to subsequently order with us.

We use this data to understand your requirements and provide you with the best experience possible. In particular, we require it for the following reasons:

  • Record keeping
  • Online account management e.g. to enable you to log on, confirm your identity and fulfil orders which you place
  • Fulfilling our contract by providing you with the product or service you have requested
  • To satisfy legal and regulatory requirements eg HMRC/VAT / RDCO requirements

In order to fulfil our contract with you and complete your delivery, we will, as set out above, allow third parties to process your personal information on our behalf.  The data we provide to them will only be your name / address / contact phone number(s) and is solely for the purpose of completing your delivery. Where we have asked for your consent to use your personal information for a particular purpose, this consent may be withdrawn by you at any time, by simply clicking an unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or by emailing
