I emailed a query about a boiler service on Sunday - and the engineer rang me back that night, called out on Monday to see what he needed and returned on Tuesday to complete service and supply and fit a gauge to the oil tank. Hi, Just to say Thank You. I recieved a heating oil delivery on tues13/12/11 and would just like to praise the professionalism ,honesty and courteousness of your driver ( Mr P Thompson). I was at work when the delivery was made and although the weather was terrible and i had got my guess work wrong for how much the tank could accept and my 1 yr old grandaughter had just descended on my wife like the tornado that she is, Mr Thompson sorted everything out for her in a calm and pleasant manner nothing was too much trouble,no overspill no complaints,a credit to himself and your company. It was the 1st time i have used you,but i wont shop around in future and i'll be sure to tell friends and neighbours.
