Many tank owners have chosen to brighten up our landscapes by decorating these seemingly plain amenities with a little paint and a lot of imagination. Here are some of the best food-related examples. In this series, we have seen some of the finest examples of porcine tank art, but here we switch to something that’s perhaps a little more refreshing. This collection, which can only be described as lip-smacking, features a range of external oil tanks that, at first glance, appear to contain items that would look more at home in the supermarket cooler. • Sariah Meagle I was not aware that oil heating systems are efficient as you mentioned so I'll consider this option for my new home. I do agree that if I get the right system, it has cheaper pricing as you pointed out to keep them functional. Since you said that they are ideal for keeping safety, I might be able to keep my home so I'll have a contractor install one for me as soon as possible.
    • Warren Davies Hello, I’m in the process of buying a vintage helicopter that is happy to run on red diesel. Is this legal for a flying machine? Thanks Warren
    • Duncan Lance The cost it takes to heat your home with oil is definitely one of the factors to take into consideration when choosing it. As the article points out; fortunately, heating oil is fairly cheap for the home. However, you will need to keep other costs in mind such as the price for having it delivered to your house.
    • Gordon The minimum distance should be 600mm, not 760mm. And why is it a silly idea? If you spend most of your time doing that then I pity your customers!
    • Elizabeth Mills Is there any danger of explosion of the kerosene in our oil tank due to the very hot weather we're experiencing? It's been 33 degrees Celsius lately and the tank feels very warm. Hoe stable is kerosene at that temperature?
